Can I use my appointment for multiple tech issues?
Yes! Our service is time-based, so you can use the time however you need. We can help with things like setting up email, troubleshooting your phone, connecting your Roku, and even small tasks like changing a lightbulb or taking out the trash. Just let us know what you need when booking so we can schedule an appropriate amount of time.
How does scheduling work?
We schedule in two-hour windows, meaning we’ll arrive sometime within that period (e.g., 8:30-10:30 AM). We’ll keep you updated via text if we’re running early or late, but you should be available for the full window.
What forms of payment are accepted?
We accept all major credit cards and cash. We’re also happy to accommodate digital payments like PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, or Cash App—whatever makes it easiest for you!

What kind of tasks do you not do?
We don’t handle anything requiring a licensed professional, like plumbing, electrical work, or handyman services. While we can tighten a screw, change a lightbulb, or hang a simple clock, we don’t install fixtures, hang pictures, or do anything complex. If you’re unsure, just ask!
